About the event

Empathy = Love + Collective Action.

We all have the capacity for empathy. It is what it means to be a human.  We are all natural empaths.

During this day retreat, we will explore how to develop true empathy to unlock the mystery of spirituality- the collective experience of the divine.

As natural empaths, we are highly sensitive to the energy of others and are deeply intuitive. Together, we will learn more about these divine gifts and how to use them to create heaven here on Earth.

We will discuss how when we develop our gifts as empaths, we experience relationships, emotions and spirituality more deeply and differently.  We will learn simple techniques to focus and balance this energy such as specific meditations, practices, and journaling.

Together we will recognize that  We ARE empaths and share ways to manage this way of being in the world.

Also, Poet, Storyteller, and Myth Master Rudra Das will share ancient stories from the Vedic Tradition with devotional singing. Rudra Das Acharya (Reverend Rob Touchstone) is a prolific poet, storyteller, and songwriter whose spiritual journey has been a long and winding road through territories of many traditions. Like a bee zipping from flower to flower to gather various flavours of nectar, Rudracharya/Rev. Rob has accumulated knowledge from myriad wisdom traditions to synthesize a broadly inclusive system of spiritual teaching. These lessons he shares through mythic storytelling and original songs and kirtan, accompanied by his lifemate Liberty and their young son Zane.
