Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for making a purchase with Madhukara.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns for Physical Items

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the online invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Physical Items

For Inventory items, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the amount of your refund after inspecting the item. Madhukara is a non profit organization and the purchase of your item is, in fact, a donation to our organization to support our mission.  As such,  if a refund is issued to you for any reason, it will be in the form of a credit toward a future event or item from Madhukara. No credit card or PayPal refunds will be issued.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Refunds for Fundraising Events 

Payments for all Madhukara events in-person and online courses and events are refundable if we receive notice of cancellation within 48 hours of the event or class.
