Summer Solstice Peace Fire

A fire ceremony or puja uses the fire element as the mechanism for the divine connection and creates a supercharged, efficient practice for stripping away the darkness. It creates the space for hope, inspiration, and for new, loving intentions for our actions in the world.

The fire is a channel to the divine. During the ceremony, we offer prayers, intentions, and gifts to the fire in the form of herbs, rice, oils, and flowers. The fire carries our intentions from the dhuni (fire pit) into the world.
