About the event

The Heart of Yoga: Myth, Mantra, and Meaning is a sacred gathering that explores the deeper dimensions of yoga through storytelling, mantra chanting, and spiritual inquiry. Together, we will uncover the timeless wisdom hidden in Vedic and yogic myths, experience the vibrational power of sacred sound, and reflect on how these teachings guide us toward self-understanding and inner peace.

Join us for an immersive satsang blending ancient knowledge with embodied practice — an offering of sound, story, and soul.
